My Commitment to the Values of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
In my work I am committed to supporting Diversity, Inclusion, Anti-racism and to acknowledge the impact of Antisemitism and Anti-Asian Hate in every way that I can and am dedicated to making sure the my services are open and inviting to all professional women in midlife. I educate myself so that I am aware of the challenges that women face with regard to ageism in their professional lives. I also educate myself to be aware of and sensitive to the particular challenges that Black women, other women of color, Asian women and Jewish women face on their career paths and in their lives so that I am able to be appropriately responsive to those challenges when I am coaching women.
As part of my work is providing support for women in addressing their experiences of menopause in the workplace, I seek to understand the different ways women of color experience this time of their lives, the different cultural perspectives and the different ways that women of color, especially Black women, are treated in medical settings so that I can be responsive to questions and concerns and be as supportive as I can.
I also continue to learn by being curious, being open-hearted and coming from a place of love, dignity, respect and compassion. I actively commit every day to being Anti-racist, Anti-Asian Hate and to fight Antisemitic Hate.
