What is Emotional Well-Being Coaching?
So many of us are experiencing anxiety, worry, anger, fear, frustration, exhaustion and even despair as a result of the pandemic, constant news about climate change, the country and the world's political ups and downs and constant changes in the workplace . As women. we are often the caretakers and support people for our own family members, as well as our friends and co-workers.
We need a place and a time of our own to share our feelings, to be listened to and provided with some tools to feel better, stronger and more grounded. A Time of My Own's Emotional Well-Being Coaching provides that for you.
Through the use of deep listening and guidance, Emotional Well-Being Coaching gives you the space to feel your feelings and articulate them. Through skill building with techniques such as re-framing, mindfulness training, meditation techniques, breathing techniques, and virtual hugs(!), Emotional Well-Being Coaching gives you the support and strength building that you need to feel more grounded and in control of your feelings to feel heard and seen.
Because of my background in clinical psychology, I have a very large tool-kit of resources that are so very useful in coaching in general and particularly for these challenging times we are experiencing. I am here for you.

To make my Emotional Well-Being Coaching as accessible as possible, I am keeping my fees for Emotional Well-Being Coaching considerably lower than my regular executive coaching fees.
